💡 What: Implemented getStationById using a cached Map index, and replaced nested Object.values loops.
🎯 Why: React components frequently looked up stations by ID. Searching all lines and stations was O(NM) and Object.values() unnecessarily allocated memory on every render.
📊 Impact: Reduces time complexity from O(N
M) to O(1) for lookups and avoids temporary array garbage collection pressure.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by running npm run build and checking the frontend behavior for WalkTripEditor and TripsPage.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15491449905011947215 started by @OsakaLOOP

- Created O(1) cached lookup `getStationById` in `src/core/railwayRouting.ts`.
- Replaced O(N*M) `Object.values(railwayData).forEach(...)` loops in `TripsPage.tsx`, `WalkTripEditor.tsx`, and `RailRound.jsx` with `getStationById`.
- Replaced `Object.values(currentRailwayData).some()` with `for...in` loop in `AppLayout.tsx` to prevent array allocations.
